Since then, if I can't answer, calls keep ringing and do not go to my greeting. Instead the calls go to a message saying I am not available and to call back later. I tried to fix this by trying to get solutions online, but to no avail. It appears I have no alternative but to call ATT in the morning. They are closed at night. Not a happy camper! I do not understand the helpfulness of having to call "Customer Care" in order to have the most basic of functions adjusted. The phone can pinpoint my location with GPS but I can't get an extra ring without talking to AT&T, I would rather sit down with my insurance agent for a lively discussion about actuary tables.
