Mike was definitely grumpy. Marshall wasn&#039;t even referring to the 3-year old product that Techcrunch uses. And moments later his blog covered the correct one. I&#039;d love Michael to let us know how things aren&#039;t working for him. From poking around the Forums on Techcrunch, it seems to be more of a lack of investment in community management than a software problem but we&#039;ve never heard from him.
