MSN Search: Surprisingly Terrible

Web

You might have read my post from a couple weeks ago about how bad the Safari Bookshelf search is. Well, tonight I typed in a search on the MSN website, and found that the big search guys can’t do much better. Here’s a screenshot of my search for the exact string “today show” on MSN:

Hm. Let’s see: The Today Show is the 3rd longest-running program on TV (55 years old); it’s been the #1 morning program for 12 years; it makes oodles and oodles of money for NBC, which is a partner of MSN; and MSN pushes video clips from the Today Show.

Overall grade for MSN search: TERRIBLE.
