It has even screwed up the .NET 2.0 installation big time as well. I do know I had a (pre-release of .net framework 3.5 installed) I tried to uninstall it and all hell broke loose. I tried those .Net uninstallers with no luck. Error Log is as follows: [02/21/08,11:13:26] Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0a: [2] Error: Installation failed for component Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0a. MSI returned error code 2 [02/21/08,11:13:53] WapUI: [2] DepCheck indicates Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0a is not installed. I received the same error and also said WTF.
