Spire FTW (Again)

Business, Reviews

At 6:10 AM this morning I e-mailed Spire the following message:

Hi – this isn’t a sales question, but I didn’t see any other customer service e-mail address, so please forgive me.

I have a Spire Viro that is about 15 months old and I love it.  However, the main strap that runs underneath the bag, and to which the top flap connects to, has lost its black plastic clip-end.  I now have nothing for the top flap to clip in to, can not tighten the bag up, and my mushy, formless bag gets laughed at by all the other laptop bags.

Can you let me know how I can purchase a replacement bottom clip?
Thanks!

Precisely two minutes later, Cory Barnes from Spire e-mails me back:

Hey Anthony,

No problem, just let me know your address and we will send you a new one, no charge.

I’ve said it before, but Spire sets an example of customer service that every other customer-facing business should emulate.
