I’ve had my Spire Viro courier bag for about six weeks now. It’s been great: light, usable, and great looking. However, the cord that tightens the external water bottle holder just snapped:

It looks like it broke from inside — I can’t really get in there to fix it.  I’ll call or e-mail customer service today and see what they have to say.
