I’ve spent a very enjoyable forty minutes this morning listening to Brandon Schauer of Adaptive Path give a talk about “The Long Wow” at the 2008 IA Summit – this is a great listen if you like to think about creating compelling experiences for your customers, and then repeating the process over and over and over again.
